Surprise announcement! Wendy Trip!

SURPRISE! WE are pregnant with our 4th:) I am so excited! I wanted to make sure that we had an ultrasound before we spread the news, since we have had problems in the past, but, as you can see, there is definitely a baby in there!
We had the ultra sound this week and I am 15 weeks along and am due Feb 1.

Robert and Isabelle were so sweet and cute about the baby. Robert kept asking if the baby was ok and if the baby is happy, etc. Isabelle just gave me lots of hugs. Austin started crying when he saw the ultrasound and said, "Baby stuck, baby stuck!" Yes, the baby cannot come out yet!

As for other news of the week, my best friend Wendy and her family came and stayed with us this week. It was so much fun!

Sunday we had a potluck with the Russons. It was a blast reconnecting everyone:)

Here is Jeff and Gina.
Bro. Russon, Jason, and me.
All the kids...
Monday we went up to Multnomah Falls. Boy, were the kids troopers! The next day we took our kids to Oaks park for the kid time in the morning. It was perfect and the kids had a blast.
We also splashed at the Portland waterfront that day. That night Wendy and I ended up chatting until 5 in the morning!!! We could talk forever! I love having her as a friend.

The next day we went to Ecola state park where the beach scenes in Goonies were filmed.
This is me showing off my 14 week belly.
We went to Camp 18 for dinner. Then we went to Astoria and showed them around to some of the sights there.

On Thursday Wendy's fam went to the air museum with the spruce goose. While they were gone, I prepared a birthday party for Wendy, since her birthday was in just a couple days :)
Here Wendy is trying to pin the nose on the clown....We also played musical chairs.

Congratulations Tricia! I'm so happy for you! What a smart boy Austin is to know that that was a baby he was looking at and not just a blur on a screen. And you look so great for being almost halfway to delivery!

We are so happy for your family! When Isabella was talking today about her "baby sister" we humored her but you are having a real BABY! not a made up sunbeam sibling. I am soo soo happy! I can't wait to knit you something fabulous.

COngrats Tricia!!! How exciting!! And sounds like you and Wendy had a ton of fun together. I seriously think you guys try to keep yourselves back in the college years. (Which I don't blame you by the way).

I'm glad you two have such a great friendship. And that I get to know the two of you as well.

Congratulations! That is so great and I hope everyone is excited. Now, what would be cool is a black haired, brown haired baby...

I don't think Rob would be so happy with me if we had a brown or black haired baby...
